While designing a qualitative research plan, we take into consideration the unique aspects of each study. Our qualitative researchers will offer you the best technique and method to answer your objectives.
Focus Groups
We believe insights comes from a personalized approach, rather than a research template. Statistics Lebanon has senior moderators who pursue analysis and interpretation to deliver effective and powerful data insights.
In-Depth & Key Informants Interviews
A preferred methodology when sharing sensitive information or views that may be unique.
Shop along
Shop-along research examines actual shopping behavior. It permits immediate, real time feedback from consumers as and when they are considering a purchase. Our trained qualitative researchers have experience in observing and questioning what shoppers are seeing, thinking, and feeling about the shopping environment, the product and its category. A recording device such as a smartphone or camcorder is generally used to capture video details of the shop-along for later analysis and sharing.
Ethnography / Customer visits
Ethnography or customer visits is extremely useful in gaining access to rich insights by spending times with a consumer immersed in their daily life. Our observers will learn a great deal simply by watching and video-recording customers in their natural habitat, as they use a particular product, service or try to complete tasks.
Cognitive interviews
Cognitive interviewing is used to explore respondents' understanding and interpretation of survey questions and response frames, it helps to reduce measurement error in quantitative research. The Statistics Lebanon specialist conduct face-to-face interviews with respondents to 'test' questions using 'think aloud' and probing techniques to identify respondents' comprehension, type of information retrieval, judgement and question response.
